Brixen Water Light Festival

From 29 April to 16 May 2026, the Water Light Festival takes place in Brixen and its surroundings. Every two years, local, national and international artists transform the town into an open-air gallery. Water sites, historic locations and hidden places are illuminated with light art, by day and by night. Under the motto “Water is Life – Light is Art”, an art trail emerges, inviting visitors to marvel, pause and reflect. An experience for all ages – thoughtful, playful and deeply moving.
